We use a two-tiered rate structure for partners and associate investigators. Some cases call for the extensive experience of our partners, while others can be handled more cost-effectively by one of our licensed associates. A partner will direct and review the work for every case.
We base estimates on the time and complexity of the investigation and the likelihood that we will be called upon to provide testimony. We do not mark-up any of our expenses, including database usage and mileage allowances. To avoid conflicts of interest and unnecessary collection costs, we require all new clients to sign a retainer agreement and pay for the total amount of the estimate before the investigation begins.Regardless of who is assigned or the rate we charge, we operate as a cohesive team dedicated to uncovering the facts of a case in a prompt, ethical and professional manner.
