Vetting Clients
We perform behavioral-analysis interviews and background checks on potential clients to ensure that they are telling the truth about their claim and that there is nothing in their past that could damage the claim. Our investigators are experts in forensic interviewing, the art and science of determining if someone is telling the truth. One of our partners, Philip Becnel, was featured in The Washington Post about his pioneering work conducting hundreds of behavioral analysis interviews in employment cases.
Our exhaustive background checks include criminal, civil, credit, educational and other records that could be relevant to a claim. They may also help determine a potential client’s ability to pay legal fees.
